Terms of Service

The BlitzFa.st platform is currently in an open beta phase.

• Open Beta: The platform is currently available in open beta.
• Currently Free: Usage is currently completely free of charge. No payments are collected or requested.
• Paid Service Planned: A paid service with tiered subscription plans is planned for the future.
• No Service Claim: There is no claim to uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or future commercialization.
• Changes at Any Time: Features, functionality, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

By using the service, you confirm that you have understood the beta conditions and will not assert any contractual claims.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the BlitzFa.st platform, an AI-powered lead generation service that scans publicly available data from multiple online platforms to identify, score, and qualify potential leads for its users.

BlitzFa.st provides the following lead generation services:

• Multi-platform lead discovery across X (Twitter), YouTube, Google Search, Google Maps, and LinkedIn
• AI-powered lead scoring based on user-defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
• Real-time alerts and notifications for high-scoring leads
• CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close) via webhooks
• Automated email outreach sequences
• Lead analytics and reporting

The platform is currently in open beta and available free of charge. Paid subscription plans (Scout, Hunter, Dominator) are planned for the future.

Registration is required to use the services. The user undertakes to provide truthful information and to keep their data up to date.

Each user is responsible for the security of their account and must report unauthorized access immediately.

The user undertakes:

• To use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not to use the platform for harassment, stalking, or any form of targeted abuse
• Not to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via the outreach features
• To respect the rights of third parties, including privacy rights of identified leads
• Not to attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent platform rate limits
• To comply with the GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable data protection and anti-spam laws
• To ensure outreach campaigns have a lawful basis for contacting identified leads

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the GDPR.

BlitzFa.st only processes publicly available data from third-party platforms. We do not access private accounts, private messages, or any data that requires authentication on behalf of third parties.

Important: The user is solely responsible for GDPR and anti-spam compliance when using lead data obtained through our platform, including any outreach campaigns conducted via our tools or exported data.

During the beta phase, no payments are collected. When paid plans launch:

• Subscriptions will be billed monthly
• Each plan includes specific limits for data sources, leads per month, AI credits, user seats, and features
• Usage beyond plan limits may result in throttling or require an upgrade
• Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period

We strive for high availability of the services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance work is carried out outside of business hours whenever possible. Lead scanning may be temporarily paused during maintenance windows.

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (e.g., data security, availability of core functions).

Liability for lost profits, missed leads, and indirect damages is excluded. BlitzFa.st does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data obtained from third-party platforms.

Both parties may terminate the user relationship at any time with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month.

The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Upon termination, all lead data associated with the account will be deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated to the user by email and will take effect 30 days after dispatch.

If the user does not object within 30 days, the changes are considered approved.
